I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, and the facilities, especially the pool, were top-notch. It was never overcrowded, and there were plenty of sun loungers. The location in the mountains provided stunning views of the beautiful nature surrounding the hotel. Moreover, the hotel had good parking space available, which was a major plus.

Very strange set up of the residence. Half of the buildings were permanent residences and this made it feel like you were not on holiday at all. You need the car for everything - not a nice area to go for a walk at all. There are two restaurants on site, but they were not used by many people and made them very unattractive. The kitchenette contains practically no utensils and we found a very dirty fridge - in fact, we simply could not get rid of the stench...

The room had a smoky smell which was quite unpleasant and detracted from the overall experience. The staff at the hotel were unhelpful and unfriendly, and did not provide adequate amenities such as toilet paper.

We had to wait 20 min at 8 o'clock in the morning for the reception to open.The girl didn't turn up and we left the money for the previous night dinner with the cleaning lady.Very weak internet signal.Dirty rubber mats on the tables.Quality of food:great room for improvement.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature in the mountains. the rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. the staff is helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience. the swimming pool area is a great spot to relax and enjoy the serene surroundings. the nearby restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices.

The Wifi coverage could be improved, as it only works outside the rooms.

basic accommodation, not cleaned well (cobwebs on light fittings and sticky floor), no one around on arrival (admittedly it was around 20.00hrs), located in the country side (another term for middle-of-nowhere)

It was very good a quiet with very pleasant and helpful staff.

It was a little difficult to locate from the directions, but realised that eventually it was because of new road system.

The breakfast was good, with a fresh selection of items available. the staff was also very helpful, and there was a nice swimming pool on the premises.

The property was not as expected. the rooms were not well maintained and felt run down.
